Your Questions Answered

Q, How do I hire a jukebox or karaoke jukebox?

A. You can click on the button next to the system you want and complete the form, you can call my mobile 0417 412 068 or email me at bruce@jukeboxaustralia.com.au

Q.  Availability of the equipment I want to hire?

A.  Jukeboxes are booked on a first come, first served basis.
We have a limited quantity of jukeboxes, priority for the allocation of them is given to those who book first.
We will confirm that the equipment you have ordered has been reserved for your function.
If the particular jukebox model you have ordered has already been booked out then we will contact you and seek further instructions.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deliver jukeboxes throughout the greater Sydney metropolitan region, from Palm Beach to Mount Colah to Picton to Wollongong.

These deliveries are free of any additional charge, if they can be made within regular working hours and scheduled with other deliveries.

We have also delivered jukeboxes outside of this area but they are subject to special arrangements and additional costs.

If there is a requirement that either delivery or pick up has to be made outside of the  regular working hours then the hire could incur an additional fee.

Q. What music is in the jukebox ?

A. The Digital Jukebox and Karaoke systems have a library of thousands of songs from more recent releases  to the pre 50's.  The most popular songs are included in the song library (subject to availability).

The Retro CD Jukebox has a capacity for a total of 20 compilation type CD's which will provide approx 400 tracks in the jukebox (approx 16 – 18 hrs of music) .

These CD's can be selected by the hirer from our CD Library of over 3,500 CD's (email me if you want the Music Selection Information). Alternatively, we have vast experience in programming these jukeboxes and if you wish to supply guidelines eg. type of party (maybe Grease or Rock and Roll theme), favourite artist/songs or age range of the party guests, then we can select the best music in accordance with your guidelines for the jukebox at no additional charge.

Q.  What if something goes wrong with the equipment?

A.  The success of your party is paramount, we will make every effort to ensure the our equipment performs faultlessly.
All of the equipment that we hire is tested at the time of delivery to the party venue.
The people who take delivery of the equipment at the party venue are trained in the correct operation of the equipment and equipment instruction sheets are also provided.
Our mobile contact number (0417 412 068) is prominently displayed on our equipment.
If any issues arise during the hire period please call, telephone conversations are free of charge. If the issue cannot be resolved during the telephone conversation and a call out is necessary then an additional call out fee can be imposed (at the sole discretion of jukeboxaustralia.com.au).

Payments for the hire can be made on delivery by cash. Please ensure that you have the correct hire fee available when the equipment is delivered.

Q.  When is the equipment picked up?

A.  Usually the equipment is picked up during the day following the party.  If you have any specific pickup timing issues please advise at the time of booking. We try to work within a customers' reasonable requirement.  However, please bear in mind that pick ups are done in co-ordination with the timing constraints of all of the customers who have hired our equipment at that time.
